As the situation surrounding the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to unfold, we want to assure you that your safety and well-being still remain our top priorities. We are following the best health guidelines as advised by our local governments and organizations. Accordingly, we have strengthened our hygiene standards and protocols, and implemented activities and prevention measures.
Hospitality activity in Slovenia has fully resumed under the so-called RVT requirements – Recovered, Vaccinated, or Tested. If you wish to stay in our guesthouse, we will be able to accommodate you if you produce:
– a certificate of recovery older than 10 days but not older than 180 days, or
– a certificate of vaccination against COVID-19 (either in digital format/QR code or vaccine card), or
– a negative test result. Only PCR (not older than 48 hours) or rapid antigen tests (not older than 24 hours) are valid. Self-test kits are not valid tests.
The recovered-vaccinated-tested rule does not have to be met by children under the age of 12.
Please be aware that without the above-mentioned proof, we won’t be able to accommodate you in our guesthouse. Instead, we will redirect you to the closest testing location. Testing for tourists is possible at these locations:
In addition to all of the above, we aim to adhere to the social distancing measures and have as little close contact with our guests as possible. So as an additional precautionary measure, our staff is available on-site only for a limited period (the Front Desk closes approx. 30min after the last check-in of the day).
Here is why we are asking you to inform us in advance of your arrival time and help us coordinate a smooth check-in. You can let us know about the time of arrival via e-mail, our mobile number or Whatsapp. Even though we are not on-site the entire time, you can reach us via e-mail or phone for any questions or requests – we are always happy to assist, even if from a distance!
High standards of hygiene and cleanliness have always been important to us, and we have taken additional measures to protect even more the safety and well-being of our guests and staff members.
If you or your fellow traveller are showing any signs of COVID-19 infection, please do not enter our guesthouse. We will help you reach the nearest health facility to get tested and get you the care you need.
