Arrival and departure

Check-in: from 15:00 until 20:00. However, if necessary, we can arrange arrivals until 21:00 at the latest for an additional fee of 10,00 EUR. Please contact us in advance if you plan on arriving outside check-in hours.

Check-out: up to 11:00.

Guaranteed reservations

To guarantee your reservation, you will be asked for your credit card details to perform a pre-authorisation.

A pre-authorisation is a type of credit check. We use it to ensure that the credit card is valid and that there are sufficient funds to cover all or part of the reservation costs. However, this is not a deposit or a charge. You will pay the total cost of your booking upon arrival.

Cancellation policies

Standard policy: Cancellations and modifications can be made free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. After that or in case of no show the whole amount of the reservation will be charged.

Non-refundable policy: A prepayment for the entirety of the reservation is required at the time of booking. No changes or modifications are possible free of charge at any given time.
